Indian projects shortlisted for World Arch Festival

World Architecture Festival scheduled for November 28 – 30 2018, at Amsterdam will be special for Indian architecture profession with as many as 13 Indian projects entering the final list.

This year, the festival will be Sanjay Puri special, given that four of the firm’s projects are included in the final list. Also, in one category – Housing, Large Scale – Completed Projects category – Sanjay Puri Architects competes with Shibanee& Kamal Architects.

Indian projects which are shortlisted for the festival are:

Education – Future Project: Sanjay Puri Architects – The Learning Squares, Mumbai, India
Experimental – Future Project: ZNERA – The Smog Project, Delhi, India
Office – Future Project: Sanjay Puri Architects – C COffices, Nashik, India
Infrastructure – Future Project: Monk Mackenzie + Novare – Thiruvalluvar, Kanyakumari, India
Culture – Completed Buildings: Stapati – Biennale Pavilion, Kochi, India
Higher Education And Research – Completed Buildings: McCullough Mulvin Architects with Designplus Associates Services, Delhi – Thapar University Student Accommodation, Patiala, India
Health – Completed Buildings: art & architecture associates – Alpha Healing Center, Godhara, India
Housing, Large Scale – Completed Buildings: Shibanee& Kamal Architects – Windmills of Your Mind, Bangalore, India: Sanjay Puri Architects – The Street, Mathura, India
Production Energy and Recycling – Completed Buildings: Studio Ardete – Bavilion, Garshankar, India
Religion – Completed Buildings: MQA – Mosque, Kanpur, India
Landscape – Rural Projects: Shma Company – Lupin Research Park, Pune, India.
