ACC appoints B Sridhar as its Chief Commercial Officer

ACC Limited has appointed Sridhar Balakrishnan as its Chief Commercial Officer with effect from July 2018. Sridhar joins ACC from Star India where he was the President and Head-Distribution accountable for driving and maximising the subscription revenue business.

Sridhar has spent the majority of his 24-year career in the FMCG industry spending over two decades at Marico Ltd. in different roles.His last assignment in Marico was that of Chief Operating Officer-Middle East, Africa and New Country Development Neeraj Akhoury, Managing Director & CEO, ACC Limited said, “Sridhar’s extensive leadership experience and expertise across markets makes him a strong asset to the future growth strategy of ACC.”

Sridhar will lead commercial strategy and execution in his new role, ensuring an optimum and profitable product portfolio, and building the right sales organisation to deliver business goals.
