According to research done by Dulux, whenever a consumer chooses a brand of paint, expertise and high quality are one of the top priorities, they look for in the brand. With this endeavour, AkzoNobel India has launched a first-of-its-kind, Dulux Assurance Program assuring perfect colour, finish and coverage else the paint will be replaced*. This program is being rolled out across the country on a wide range of Dulux premium interior and exterior product portfolio.

We used this insight to launch Dulux Assurance to bring to life perfect colour, finish and coverage. Dulux Assurance is a firm commitment to deliver on the high expectations of our customers.”
A new Dulux Assurance icon will appear on cans of Dulux paint in retail nationwide and is also applicable in existing products available in the market. The launch of the Dulux Assurance to customers will be supported by a new point of sale materials in-store and communications across social and digital channels.
Consumers can get in touch with AkzoNobel via either WhatsApp or our website, provide tax invoice, Dulux Assurance Card and photographs of the surface showing the problem areas. Upon validation of the claim, a voucher for the replacement product will be sent through email within 14 working days. The e-voucher will be redeemable at participating dealers for three calendar months following the date of purchase.
