We offer an EV charging facility along with all our products. We are also planning to integrate parking systems more deeply with other building management software and certain kinds of IoT applications for remote monitoring and preventive maintenance.

The core technology relies on gravity; therefore, no electricity is used while moving the vehicle downwards; the motor is utilised only when moving the car upwards or horizontally. Typically, the system is used on average 2-3 times a day with a total cycle time of 2 min out of 24 h; there is no electricity consumption during the rest of the time. Additionally, having a dedicated parking space can save a lot of fuel and emissions, which are otherwise spent driving around to find a space.
