What are the challenges of installing elevators in high-rise residential buildings, and how do you address them?
The most difficult aspect of high-rise installation is ensuring the technician’s safety at height. Hybon’s safety policy requires that all technicians wear PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, and a safety belt harness). This is the zero-tolerance policy, and all installation site engineers are expected to ensure complete compliance. Every installation stage’s SOP is thoroughly documented, and site engineers receive regular training on various techniques, including safety training.

Our robust maintenance strategies include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, staff training, and documentation.

Preventive maintenance: Maintenance tasks are completed regularly and regularly to prevent problems before they occur. These could include equipment inspections, door adjustments, and a check of all safety features, including the operation of ARD, battery health status, and lubrication.
