Can you walk us through the quality control processes you adopt for your products?
We operate around 100 ready-mix concrete plants across 44 major cities in India, supplying a wide range of concrete grades from M10 to M100. To maintain the highest standards, we have implemented a rigorous quality control system that spans every stage, from raw material selection to final product delivery.

Each batch of raw materials undergoes a detailed inspection and testing process, and only materials that meet our stringent quality standards are approved for use in production. Furthermore, we conduct compressive strength tests on concrete samples at both 7 and 28 days to ensure they meet all required specifications.

Prism RMC plants are certified by the Quality Council of India (QCI), and third-party audits are carried out every six months to validate our quality practices and reinforce our commitment to excellence.

What are your special products for repairing and retrofitting?
We offer two specialised solutions: PrismMini and PrismFix.

PrismMini is a specially designed concrete mix ideal for small-scale repair works. It does not require transit mixers and is supplied in bags, with a shelf life of up to six hours. Available in various grades from M20 to M60, PrismMini is ready-to-use and ensures excellent workability and strength, making it ideal for direct on-site application.

PrismFix is a ready-to-use, non-shrink wet micro-concrete that is also supplied in bags. With a shelf life of six hours, it delivers superior performance and requires no mixing at the site. Its high adhesion strength facilitates strong bonding between old and new concrete, making it highly effective for retrofitting applications.

How do you address customer complaints?
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our operations. Every complaint is formally logged and undergoes a root cause analysis. We ensure prompt response to every customer query and implement preventive measures at all our sites to avoid recurrence. Our goal is to resolve issues swiftly and maintain the trust and confidence of our customers.

Our product portfolio is focused on providing high-performance walling solutions through a range of ready-mix and gypsum plasters. These pre-blended, easy-to-apply products are engineered to meet diverse application needs, whether for internal or external walls, delivering uniform finishes and superior durability. With multiple variants tailored to specific project requirements, we aim to offer convenience, quality, and efficiency on every site.

What challenges do customers face, and how do you address them?
A major challenge customers face today is striking the right balance between cost efficiency and quality outcomes. While managing tight budgets, they also seek consistency in product performance and improved labour productivity.

Our offerings are designed to directly address these concerns. We help customers reduce overall project costs by offering labour-friendly products that simplify application and reduce manpower requirements. Additionally, since our products are pre-mixed and only require water at the site, they save valuable time and streamline execution, delivering faster project completion without compromising on results.
