Schindler India inaugurated its new escalator manufacturing facility at Chakan in Pune.
IGBC Platinum awarded, Schindler India elevator manufacturing facility, is fully functional from beginning of 2014. This sprawling, world-class campus is spread across 200,000 sq.m. and houses the elevator factory, a 71-metre tall elevator test tower, the global R&D centre, Schindler University and the new escalator plant.
