Reliance Ventures Limited (RVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) entered into an agreement, whereby IL&FS will become a strategic partner and co-promoter of a project which intends to develop a model economic township and other infrastructure facilities at Jhajjar in Haryana.

The Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) given a go-ahead to Jindal Steel and Power Limited’s (JSPL) 6 MTPA integrated steel plant and 1,000 MW Captive Power plant at Kerjang, Angul in Orissa. Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Infrastructure Operating Company, part of its construction division, has made a major breakthrough in the international infrastructure segment by bagging an AED 592 Million (approx.
