Ahuja Constructions all set to redefine luxury living

Ahuja Constructions is all set to redefine luxury living with their flagship property, Ahuja Towers located in Mumbai. This premium 53 storey, 250 meter residential tower, it will be one of India’s most luxurious and iconic projects. Cutting-edge technologically advanced features will be used for the first time in this futuristic project.
Apart from providing the best of finishes, this building offers features like biometric access, high speed elevators that travel at 6 mps and VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) air conditioning systems among others. The home automation systems enables the resident to control the temperature of the house, activate security, enjoy mood lighting, operate the home theatre system, air conditioning etc, with help of an I-pad. The I-pad also allows residents to book various facilities within the building.
Ahuja Constructions has also taken care of all safety and security issues that may be faced by the residents. In order to mitigate the impact of wind pressures that exist at higher attitudes, a wind tunnel test was conducted by BMT Fluid Mechanics, UK and based on its finding measures were taken to reinforce the structure.
