ADD inks pact with Archean Group
Archean Design & Development (ADD), the real estate arm of Archean Group, announced a strategic alliance with Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates (SRSSA), an internationally established design firm providing innovative services for corporate, commercial, hospitality, residential, industrial, government, and educational projects. SRSSA will be the principal architect for ADD’s flagship residential project, Albatross.
Albatross is located at Egattur on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). It will be a unique residential development with 537 apartments in four towers, spreading over 8.35 acres. Three of the towers will have 27 floors (plus ground), while the fourth will be the signature tower. 60 per cent of the apartments will be designed, ensuring direct view of the Bay of Bengal. Albatross with offer 2- and 3-BHK apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
