Tata Housing launches 2nd phase of premium Inora Park

Tata Housing has announced the second phase launch of its premium residential development: Inora Park. Phase 2 of the project comprises approximately 100 3-BHK units (1,400 square feet) and are priced starting at Rs.68 lakh onward. Apartments are also available in 2 and 2.5 BHK.
Inora Park is being developed on 6.28-acre land parcel located at NIBM Annexe, Pune. It will encompass premium residences with green landscapes and state-of-the-art modern amenities such as modern clubhouse of about 6,000 sq. feet. which can adequately serve the residents with a multipurpose hall, children play area, basketball court, jogging track/walkways, swimming pool, and gymnasium.

The project was launched in 2010 and strategically situated in the high growth corridor of Pune with excellent connectivity to commercial hubs like Hadapsar.
