Ar. Rinor Komoni, AIA, LEED AP is a New York State Licensed Architect. Born and raised in Prishtina, Kosovo, Rinor moved to the United States at 17. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from an accredited university in Vermont. In 2008, he joined Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) in New York. In 2010, Rinor moved to UAE and played a pivotal role in the design and execution of the New Abu Dhabi International Airport, one of the region’s most ambitious aviation projects. In 2018, Rinor joined as the Design Manager for Changi Terminal 5 in Singapore. There, he played a key role in integrating complex aviation, security, and sustainability requirements into the project’s design. Rinor founded his own architectural practice Komoni Architects in 2022, based out of New York.
