Caterpillar’s latest products and services were showcased at bauma Conexpo India 2024, emphasising efficiency, sustainability, and customer-focused infrastructure development solutions.

According to Caterpillar, the “services commitment” campaign has been launched. Services Commitment is now a component of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) that guarantees parts availability and service response within a predetermined timeframe. Customers can also take advantage of special exhibition deals, and Caterpillar experts will be available to answer questions.

The Cat Central App, which allows users to order Genuine Cat parts whenever and wherever they want, is another exciting addition to Caterpillar’s Services showcase. A number of other advantages are also offered by Cat Central, including free in-app manuals, customised features to help locate the correct parts fast, and more.
