Elevator maker Kone appoints Amit Gossain as India MD

Elevator and escalator maker Kone has appointed Amit Gossain as the Managing Director for India with immediate effect.

Amit brings with him a rich professional experience of more than 25 years across functions such as sales, marketing, business development, product management and corporate affairs.

His most recent role was as Executive Vice President at JCB India Limited, where he was responsible for both India and South Asian countries.

He takes over the responsibility from Neeraj Sharma, who had earlier joined the Executive Board of KONE as Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific and Middle East.
