Equinox Realty launches Commerce Centre [August 2012]

Real estate arm of Essar Group, Equinox Realty, offers serviced office space specifically catering to the requirements of small businesses and entrepreneurs. Equinox Commerce Centre, located in Tower-3 of Equinox Business Park, offers small and medium office suites ranging between 600 sq.ft. and 4000 sq.ft.
Small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures usually face issues with the steep cost of setting up a new facility, lack of amenities, primitive office set-up and steep rentals for charged on per seat basis for plug & play office facilities. Keeping all these challenges in mind, Equinox Realty has decided to create a new product aimed at business start-ups in the form of Equinox Commerce Centre.
