JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 03, inter alia, has inducted Pramod Menon as Additional Director effective from May 03. The board has also appointed Mr. Menon as Whole-time Director designated as "Director – Finance" of the company with effect from May 03 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders.
