Kalpataru progress with metro, T&D, and residential projects

Kalpataru Projects announces ₹2,174 crore orders in metro, T&D, and residential sectors, presenting its infrastructure proficiency globally.

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. (KPIL) is receiving fresh orders totalling ₹2,174 crore from its international subsidiaries. These include a substantial project for the design and construction of an elevated metro train in India, many Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects both domestically and abroad, and residential development projects in India.

Manish Mohnot, KPIL’s Managing Director and CEO, expressed confidence in the company’s strong success across key industries. He states that T&D sector orders have greatly reinforced KPIL’s position in both the Indian and worldwide markets, showing the ongoing global need for T&D infrastructure. Furthermore, the urban infrastructure market, particularly metro rail projects, has grown dramatically, reinforcing KPIL’s capacity to acquire crucial contracts in this sector.

With these additional acquisitions, KPIL’s YTD order inflow has topped ₹16,300 crore. Notably, around 85 percent of this inflow comes from the company’s core T&D and Buildings & Factories (B&F) divisions, demonstrating its competence and leadership in these sectors. KPIL’s diverse capabilities include electricity transmission, buildings, trains, water supply, oil and gas pipelines, and urban mobility infrastructure.

The elevated metro rail project, in particular, demonstrates KPIL’s rising presence in urban mobility infrastructure, a sector that is expanding in response to increased urbanisation and the need for sustainable transportation solutions. Meanwhile, the T&D projects complement KPIL’s extensive portfolio, which includes active activity in over 30 countries and activities in 75 countries worldwide.

KPIL has established itself as one of the world’s largest specialised EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) businesses, noted for its innovative solutions, on-time project completion, and devotion to quality. The latest orders confirm the company’s image as a reliable competitor in a variety of industries.

As the infrastructure and energy industries continue to expand, KPIL is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging possibilities, contributing to the development of key infrastructure in India and abroad. These recent accomplishments represent another step in KPIL’s mission to deliver excellence across a wide range of projects and geography.
