Kolkata’s Atmosphere wins Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012 [22 Mar 2012]
Pioneered by Forum Projects, Kolkata ‘Atmosphere’ an ultra luxury residential condominium project has won the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012 from India. Forum Projects has been awarded in the category of Residential High Rise development, competing against record number of entries produced from 17 different countries in the Asia Pacific region. After creating Technopolis, globally the first commercial building to be recognised by the United Nations as being eligible for carbon credits, and gifting East India its first mall – Forum, the Group presented project ‘Atmosphere’, the highlight creation of which is ‘Deya’ a multi-level structure suspended between the two residential towers at 400 feet above the ground which will house an exclusive club for the residents. Designed by Singapore based acclaimed architect duo Khoo Peng Beng and Belinda Huang, Deya is being reckoned as an iconic futuristic creation in terms of its structural design, being attempted for the first time in India and probably in the world.
