Lodha buys Mumbai land for Rs 1,154 cr

Lodha group has bought 87-acre land parcel in Thane area near Mumbai for Rs 1,154 crore from Clariant India or Rs 13.11 crore per acre. 
Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the approval of shareholders, the company has entered into an agreement to sell its land located in Kolshet, Thane aggregating to about 87 acres to Ishwer Realty and Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lodha Developers Pvt. Ltd. 
Lodha plans to develop residential projects on the parcel through internal accruals.
