MAUD plans to set up project in Andhra Pradesh

Township: Municipal administration and urban development (MAUD) has plan to set up four such walk-to-work towns in Visakhapatnam. Visakhapatnam south township is one such project planned over 388 acre of land, located in a special economic zone (SCZ). The project comprises 24,000 units over nine floors. Visakhapatnam north township is planned over 300 acre with 75,000 residential units. The project will be undertaken by private Sector at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
