Messung partners with Distech Controls, enters building automation business

Automation player Messung Group announced its partnership with Distech Controls, headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
Messung Systems Pvt. Ltd. (Messung) has been appointed as master distributor, serving the Indian market. Through this partnership, Messung will offer Distech Controls’ complete range of products and solutions to this strong-growth market.  Distech Controls provides building management technologies and services that optimise energy efficiency. Post this partnership, Messung will target sectors such as building infrastructure (IT, hotels, shopping malls and theatres), transportation infrastructure (airport, metro and tunnels), and manufacturing (pharma, textile, automotive and others).
David Gill, Vice President International Sales said, “The partnership will strengthen Distech Controls’ global presence and position, offering new and expanded building automation and energy management opportunities for system integrators, consultants and customers in India,” added Gill.
