Onward Workspaces collaborates with Lenskart to create a 14,000-square-foot, brand-aligned coworking space in Okhla Phase 3, Delhi.

Onward Workspaces, a leader in premium flexible and managed coworking solutions, recently executed a managed office agreement with Lenskart, one of India’s top eyewear retailers. Lenskart will be located at Onward Workspaces’ newest coworking facility, a 14,000-square-foot space in Delhi’s thriving Okhla Phase 3 Business District. This enormous office facility, which spans four levels, can accommodate around 300 people and is designed to promote productivity, assuring a dynamic workspace environment for Lenskart’s growing workforce.

Onward Workspaces created the new workspace to properly reflect Lenskart’s brand aesthetics and operational strategy. The workplace, designed in the brand’s major and secondary colour palettes, has flexible, open spaces to accommodate large meetings and team collaboration. Lenskart’s signature brand characteristics, such as colour schemes and patterns, are meticulously incorporated into the acoustics, carpeting, and furnishings. At the entrance, a meticulously organised greeting area greets visitors. The cost of delivering this personalised solution is estimated to be around ₹ 1800 per square foot.

The selection of Okhla Phase 3, a prominent industrial and commercial hub, demonstrates Onward Workspaces’ strategic approach to providing its clients with well-connected office premises.
