Pop Up My Bathroom presents future trends at ISH 2025

At ISH 2025, Pop Up My Bathroom will showcase innovative bathroom solutions, highlighting sustainability and the evolving role of bathroom spaces.
Pop Up My Bathroom will be the main point for unique bathroom solutions, architecture and design when ISH 2025 opens its doors in Frankfurt am Main from 17 March to 21. With an intriguing trend display and a diverse program of lectures and talks, this unique show will highlight the most recent advancements, new products, and creative designs for the bathroom as an integral part of the house.
Pop Up My Bathroom indicates the way
What will tomorrow’s bathroom look like? ISH 2025 will provide answers to this issue, with topics such as sustainability, resource conservation, comfort, and design trends taking centre stage. Such innovations will be vividly displayed at the unique Pop Up My Bathroom presentation. The German Sanitary Industry Association (VDS) and ISH founded this special trend display 16 years ago, and it has since become an important guide to current bathroom design.
Future living spaces: the bathroom as a comprehensive room
The Pop Up My Bathroom trend show, located in Hall 3.1 (Stand D71), transforms the bathroom into a holistic space. The numerous bathroom concepts showcase the interior design of walls, flooring, colours, and lighting in conjunction with bathroom fixtures and equipment. The exhibition, produced by trend analyst Frank A. Reinhardt, provides architects and planners with valuable insights into the current status of comprehensive bathroom planning.
In addition to innovative Wall & Floor manufacturers, numerous ISH exhibitors, including Axor, Burgbad, Bette, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Hewi, Ideal Standard, Kaldewei, VitraBad, and Villeroy & Boch, are participating. Important new items will be showcased alongside industry-relevant interior design trends, providing a visual representation of living environments that suit a wide range of bathroom user needs, from body care and fashion to exercise, regeneration and mental health.
Human scale: people are the bathroom planning benchmark
This year’s Pop Up My Bathroom is squarely focused on people, with presentations meant to make trade show attendees aware of how important human demands are in bathroom design. Bathroom items, walls and floors, technology, a diverse choice of materials and colours, light, sustainability, and the bathing experience are all important aspects of modern bathroom design. However, if user requirements are not emphasised, the toilet will remain a strictly functional environment devoid of spirit. Everyday routines and unique moments, time-outs, physical experiences, and daily rituals are what distinguish the bathroom as a true living environment. As a result, the bathroom is transformed into a stage during Pop Up My Bathroom 2025.

The trend exhibit’s content will be shared and discussed at the adjoining Design Plaza lecture forum, while subsequent guided tours will take guests through the trend show and highlight advancements in the bathroom solution industry.
At ISH 2025, the Design Plaza in Hall 3.1 will serve as a hub for interior design, current trends, and the sanitary industry’s perspective. This year’s programme is being organised by several partners, including VDS, the VDMA Sanitary Technology and Design Industry Association, World Architects, Stylepark, and Architonic. VDS’s Pop Up My Bathroom Trend Forum will once again focus on the newest trends and tendencies in the sanitary business with keynote presentations, round tables and the popular CEO talks and speed briefings introduced at the last ISH.
24/7/365 trend and information platform
Pop Up My Bathroom highlights new viewpoints and identifies existing industry difficulties. As a result, the trend forum intends to encourage a conversation between architects, craftspeople, and bathroom designers. The lecture series and the Pop Up My Bathroom trend display exhibit the bathroom as a living environment that is becoming increasingly significant in terms of home life and enjoyment, infrastructure and resource management, and bathroom users’ health and independence. The information platform for innovative bathroom design, architecture, and design may also be found as an online magazine at www.pop-up-my-bathroom.de, where the German Sanitary Industry Association (VDS) and Messe Frankfurt reach about 650,000 creative minds each year.
