Punj Lloyd to build 194 luxury villas in Kolkata

Punj Lloyd wins a contract for the construction of 194 villas at Kolkata West International City (KWIC), a satellite township in West Bengal. The project worth Rs. 99 crore is scheduled to be completed in 15 months. Situated on the National Highway 6, KWIC, a self-contained city coming up on a sprawling 400-acre land space, is located West of Howrah. Once completed, the township will be well equipped with modern housing, commercial establishments, recreational centres, hospitals, and other modern amenities.
