Ramco Cements wins Energy Efficiency Award 2024

Ramco Cements Jaggayyapet plant earns prestigious award for excellence in energy management, recognising innovative and sustainable practices.

The esteemed “Excellent Energy Efficient Unit” prize at the 25th National prize for Excellence in Energy Management 2024 went to the Ramco Cements Limited facility located near Vijayawada, in the Jaggayyapet area. This award, which is given out by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), honours businesses that have excelled in energy efficiency.

The Ramco Cements Jaggayyapet factory system is selected as one of the best energy-efficient units out of 26 shortlisted bids, mostly from large cement manufacturers in India, at the award ceremony, which was held in Hyderabad on September 10 and 12, 2024.
