Rosabagh’s luxurious design

Abhishek Kathuria’s Rosabagh at DLF Camellias offers a tranquil, opulent residential environment by fusing classic neoclassical architecture with modern elegance.

Rosabagh, a new home project by Abhishek Kathuria, the founder and principal designer of the renowned interior design firm, is situated in the ultra-luxurious residences of DLF Camellias, with a stunning view of the Gurgaon golf course. It is a brilliant work of art that defies fads, stays timeless, and manages to be both practical and personal. This newest Rosabagh home maintains an unexpectedly calm atmosphere thanks to its muted colour scheme and neutral design vocabulary, which are outlined with neoclassical style terms. With its young energy and harmonious blend of subdued colours and the warmth of teak and oak wood, each room in the house exhibits a strong visual flow of European elements that contribute to a sense of calm elegance.

Situated on the sixteenth floor, this contemporary 7,500 square foot apartment displays an exquisite harmony of classic and modern design features. At the heart of the design concepts for this expansive area were the tastes of the four-person family, which evolved via multiple rounds of conversations and debates to create the overall impression of the home.

White serves as the foundation for the entire flat, supporting the residents’ decision. Then, custom furnishings and furniture are placed in each area, and accent colours are added in small amounts to give this haven a captivating individuality. The effect is a kaleidoscope of colours. An appropriate introduction to the house, the foyer features a dramatic artwork and a circular table with a marble top that take centre stage. It embraces the white and beige colour scheme. To be emphasises by antique lamps and a commanding artwork, a magnificent wooden console with an unusual geometric fluted pattern stands poised like a welcoming gesture in the passage.

Enter the immaculate living room, a glistening haven of luxury and comfort where beautiful gold and white chandeliers and fans, as well as the exquisite linen sheers and beige drapes, bathe the opulent furniture in natural light. Inspired by neo-classical design principles, the sparsely made sofas with rich leather and textured fabric preserve a serene countenance in muted beige. The handcrafted coffee tables, one in fine-grained wood and the other a stunner with an expertly pied marble surface, where white is complimented with the richness of dark brown tones, both exude grace with their ample cushioning and tranquil tones. The coffee table, TV unit and bar all exhibit a unified design theme that harmonises harmoniously in the room.

The walls of the dining room are decorated in expressive wood panelling, and the room is further graced with a marble-topped dining table that is heroically set on a glossy, dynamic base. The base of the table and the innovative white dining chairs each have the royal addition of gold for a coordinating look. A fluted wooden table and antique dull gold hardware pay attention to the sentiments of vintage design when one enters the vanity area.

The bedrooms in this house are a haven of seductive, simple furnishings that follows the white and beige colour scheme with a pop of colour to bind the occupants to their personal haven. The master bedroom’s sofa, bed, side tables, and television unit are all highlighted with a gold pattern that is reminiscent of royal palaces, giving the space a shiny finish and a golden push. The daughter’s room is a picture of surreal poetry, complete with subtle hues of pink and gold, a textured bed back, and a sink-in chair with soft, fluffy upholstery.

The young master’s room features an elegant beige leather upholstered bed, white side tables with marble tops, a study table, and a TV console that all work well together. The room’s distinctive blue striped sofa adds a youthful vibe. Curved legs, plush upholstery, and natural finishes add a sense of old world charm to the guest room’s simple design theme.

A tasteful balance of luxurious silk and viscose carpets, huge abstract artwork hanging on the walls, carefully chosen artefacts, and furniture with highlights teakwood grains create a smart, streamlined aesthetic that flows naturally throughout the house. The phrase “You only live once” is inscribed on the wall of the daughter’s chamber, and it echoes throughout this mysterious house.

Rosabagh is built up its business over the years, moving from making furniture to building custom homes with designs that capture the essence of their clients’ tastes, lifestyles, and sensibilities. As we continue to create timeless and soulful furniture pieces using great quality and perfect craftsmanship, this DLF Camellias project is a feather in our cap,” Rosabagh’s founder and creative director Abhishek Kathuria remarked.
