What is your opinion about real estate market in Mumbai and Pune?
Currently the real estate industry is not only booming in Mumbai but there is immense growth potential in the Pune market as well. There is a huge gap in demand and supply of mid market segment housing which needs to be tapped in both the cities. The revival is expected to be driven by infrastructure growth, which in turn, can accelerate real estate activities both in the residential as well as commercial spaces. The continuous growing need for homes makes real estate a boom sector and we have a very positive outlook for the coming years ahead.

As of now, your business is focused in Maharashtra and mainly across Pune. Can you discuss about your expansion plans?
We are always ideating and considering new locations. We started with main focus on Pune and surrounding markets. Apart from Pune and Mumbai we are also planning to diversify in Bangalore and Hyderabad as both the cities have tremendous potential and require inroads through infrastructure and development. Internationally, we have plans to expand to Muscat city in Oman with a niche project.

What is the most significant achievements in your company’s history and why?

What is your annual turn-over and how much you are looking for current FY 2011-12?
We have closed at top line of Rs. 250 crores for the financial year 2010-11. We are targeting revenues of Rs. 1,000 crores in the coming fiscal year 2011-12.

It is said, high-rise building is the future of Indian real estate. Your say?
Because of the availability of global technology and the growing demand for real estate, skyscrapers are seen as the most fitting solution to any city that has space and area constraints and therefore cannot comfortably accommodate its inhabitants. Hence, it is rightly said that Rs.When you compare the population in our cities with the amount of land we have, the only way to provide better living conditions is by building higherRs..
