After an encouraging response to ‘Siltank’, overhead water tanks, and ‘Amrutam’ underground water tanks, Supreme unveils another unique quality product ‘, WeatherShield’, a premium water storage tank designed with many best-in-class features.

WeatherShield tanks have a unique five-layered design with an extra thick foam layer that makes them stronger, more durable and, most importantly, helps them offer superior thermal insulation properties. These tanks are made using 100 percent virgin food-grade raw material with antibacterial properties, which make them 100 percent safe for storing drinking water. In addition, the water tanks are UV stabilised, which ensures that there is no effect of external weather on the stored water. WeatherShield tanks come with insulated covers and an inbuilt locking provision. They also have an inbuilt water level indicator and pump controller.

Advanced Features

Rotational moulding: Rotomoulding provides maximum strength and superior performance.

100 percent virgin food-grade raw material: This material promises 100 percent safety and suitability of drinking water even when stored for long durations. Unlike commercial tanks made of recycled material, the water stored in WeatherShield tanks remains unaffected and is free of taste, odour and colour.

Superior thermal insulation: The five-layered design with an extra thick foam layer and insulated covers ensures superior insulation properties. The design helps in keeping the water cool in summers and reasonably warm during winters. Laboratory tests have revealed that there is a temperature difference of 15­-20°C between the stored water and the ambient temperature.

Antibacterial properties: The water stored in WeatherShield tanks is 100 percent hygienic and safe as the antibacterial grade raw material used for the inner layer prevents bacterial growth.

All weather resistance: The outer layer made of UV-resistant material helps prevent degradation due to the effects of ultraviolet rays and keeps it free from cracks or loss of physical properties.

Strong and sturdy insulated covers with inbuilt locking provision: Specially designed, rotationally moulded threaded covers are not only strong and insulated but are also easy to open and close. Provided with an inbuilt locking provision, these covers safeguard the water against theft and contamination.

Water level indicator and pump controller: The water level indicator helps in controlling water usage and the pump controller automatically stops the pump when the tank gets completely filled with water, avoiding overflow. This function not only helps saving the precious water but also prevents energy loss due to pumping.

Extra strong and durable design: The elegant and sturdy five-layered design makes the tanks tougher and stronger to withstand environmental changes and protects them from bulging. These tanks have good impact strength and are virtually unbreakable.

Readymade base plate for easy installation: The availability of readymade base plate provides a readymade platform to directly place the water tanks. The plate provides a firm, levelled and sturdy platform and also facilitates simple and fast installation. It makes the job more convenient while installing the Y-Strainer.

Provision of inbuilt hooks: Inbuilt hooks provide ease while lifting the tanks to higher floors.

Assured quality: The tanks have been rigorously tested to ensure superior quality. They meet and exceed all quality parameters specified by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
