Can you give a brief overview of your company and your products? 
We are based in Jalandhar, Punjab, where we have a manufacturing unit. Our core business is the manufacture of scaffolding accessories for the construction industry. We manufacture around 60 items, and our primary customers are builders and service providers who use these accessories to manufacture other related products.

Could you elaborate on the range of solutions that you provide? 
We provide all construction solutions. We are a one-stop destination for builders looking for construction solutions. Some of our products include scaffolding fittings, formwork accessories, suspension automobile parts, scaffolding jacks, props, nuts, scaffolding cup lock accessories, and ring lock systems.

Can you give an overview of some of your products? 
We manufacture cup lock systems, which include top and bottom cups, ledger blades, check nuts, tie rods, anchor nets, rebar couplers, and four-, five-, and six-port couplers. 

Do you use any different technology for manufacturing products for high-rise structures?  
We try to improve the quality of our products as much as possible. We are giving up traditional methods and looking for new ways of production so that we can produce better-quality products that last longer and do not wear off easily. This will assure more safety. 

What are your methods to keep your products sustainable? 
We ensure sustainability by using environmentally friendly production methods as much as possible. We also try to reduce pollution as much as possible. We also address the health concerns of our workers in a timely fashion since we believe that healthy workers produce better-quality goods. We also continuously try to introduce new technologies and better production methods so that the products are manufactured better. 

While employing scaffolding and formworks, there is a risk to the safety of the labour force. How would you address that? 
We try to improve quality as much as possible every day. We conduct continuous research to ensure a longer life and quality of materials. Even if there is a mishap, we try to reduce its impact on the person’s physical health. We consider safety aspects very seriously.

What are the new trends and technologies that are coming up in scaffolding? 
We are continuously developing our technology and purchasing new machines in the market so that the workforce is reduced and the entire job is done automatically by machines. Technology is a game-changer for us. Only because new technology is emerging can we find new ways of production, increase production, and reduce the labour force. 

Can you outline the challenges that you are facing in scaffolding and formwork? 
One of the major challenges for the industry is competition. Since scaffolding is a weight-oriented item, it is important to check its weight. The material may be rejected if the product is not produced according to the weight specifications. So, quality is a major concern.
