Uniquest Infra Ventures acquires stake in SEW Navayuga Barwani Tollways

Uniquest Infra Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (Uniquest) has completed the acquisition of significant majority stake in SEW Navayuga Barwani Tollways Pvt. Ltd. (SNBTPL) from SEW Infrastructure Ltd. and Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd.
SNBTPL is operating the Khalghat – MP/Maharashtra Border section of NH-3 from km 84.70 to km 167.50 in Madhya Pradesh, under a concession agreement signed with NHAI. The project commenced commercial operations in April 2011.
“We will continue to look for similar acquisition opportunities in India,” said Zaiviji Ismail, Chairman, Uniquest Infra Ventures. “We aim to expand our presence and are committed to build a portfolio of quality assets.”
