VBHC’s maiden project in North India gets tremendous response

Value & Budget Housing Corporation after having successfully launched in Bangalore and Chennai has announced the launch of ‘Vaibhava Bhiwadi’, its first project in NCR. It is a 22.5-acre township consisting of affordable apartments and plotted development.
VBHC is offering 2 BHK apartments of 810 sq. ft. (super built-up area) and plotted development and has received a tremendous response. Ninety nine per cent of the plotted development has already been sold out which goes to show the value related to the offering.
The apartments will be launched within the next month. Groundwork has been already started. VBHC ‘Vaibhava Bhiwadi’ offers plots in various sizes, which can be grouped under these categories: under 120 square yards, between 120 and 150 square yards, and above 150 square yards. The entire layout has been planned keeping in mind the daily patterns of modern living.
