Elgi Equipments acquires Rotair S.p.a in Italy [30 Aug 2012]

Elgi Equipments Ltd has acquired 100 per cent of Rotair S.p.a. The acquisition is through a 100 per cent subsidiary incorporated in Italy, Elgi Compressors Italy S.r.I.Rotair S.p.a is located in Northern Italy and engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of a range of compressors and allied products for the construction and industrial sectors. The company has an annual turnover of Euro 15 million, and has market presence across Europe and other leading international markets.
