ACC India secures ₹320 crore deal with Signature Global

ACC India to execute civil, structural, and MEP work for Signature Global’s four-acre residential project in Gurugram.

In order to complete civil, structural, and a portion of the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work for its planned residential group housing project in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana, real estate developer Signature Global, based in Gurugram, has selected ACC India Pvt Ltd. A total contract value of ₹ 320 crore is specified in the Letter of Intent (LOI), dated September 12, 2024. The project is a 27-month completion timeframe and a three-month grace period before final transfer of the work is expected to occur.

The four and a half-acre residential project is expected to grow into one of the area’s tallest constructions.
