Bata has unveiled its modern, eco-friendly Gurugram headquarters, which combines smart technology and collaboration spaces for a new era.

As Bata celebrates its 130th anniversary worldwide, the company makes a daring step into the future with the presentation of its modern headquarters in Gurugram’s Millennium City. Designed with Blue-Sky thinking at its core, the new headquarters represents Bata’s metamorphosis into a modern, eco-conscious, and future-focused organisation, rethinking the workplace for the next generation. This historic headquarters establishes a new standard for sustainable corporate buildings in India, having received Platinum LEED Grade-A and GRIHA certifications.

‘Blue Sky Thinking’ is an approach that celebrates boundless creativity and innovation, and the new office encourages team collaboration with a hot seat idea that allows teams to work together. The office enriches the employee experience with a variety of modern amenities, including a health centre, library, creative open working areas, and more. Smart technology takes central stage, with interactive digital panels and facial recognition access that improve both the work atmosphere and efficiency. With natural light illuminating 33 percent of the space, water recycling systems, solar power integration, and low VOC paints, the workplace illustrates Bata’s dedication to reducing its environmental footprint while increasing employee comfort and productivity.
