CASE Construction equipment at CII EXCON 2023

CASE Construction Equipment, a leading brand of CNH Industrial, kicked off the 12th edition of the International Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair CII – EXCON 2023, on an exciting note.

The company showcased its signature Backhoe Loader – 770 NX Plus and Soil Compactor 1107 NX-PD to proclaim its readiness for BS (CEV) V compliance. It also made its home debut in two new categories, introducing an all-new Skid Steer Loader – SSL 175 and tiny equipment via a micro Excavator – CX 35D. With 22 new features, the whole Loader Backhoe line has been upgraded to the industry’s safest operator cabin.

Furthermore, the company showcased ten new and enhanced products and services, including an Electric Mini Excavator and a range of industry-leading Vibratory Compactors, Excavators, and Motor Graders with a variety of attachments, as well as the all-new FLEETPROTM, a value line components offering.

BS (CEV) V Loader Backhoe 770 NX Plus:

The CASE 770 NX Plus, which is CEV Stage V compatible, is developed to provide a perfect blend of high productivity and improved fuel efficiency. This machine is driven by an Electronic 74 hp diesel engine, which is linked to a New Generation Electro-Hydraulics Variable Pump with a flow rate of 143 lpm and a peak pressure of 240 bar. The 770NX Plus has 1.1 cu.m. and 0.30 cu.m. basic buckets, as well as options including high dump and bottom dump buckets and a Rock Breaker kit. The machine comes fitted with a ROPS and FOPS-compliant safe and high-comfort cabin, as well as SiteWatch Telematics.

 BS (CEV) V Soil Compactor 1107 NX-PD:

CASE India, the market leader in vibratory compactors, has unveiled yet another cutting-edge soil compactor that provides remarkable performance and dependability. Powered by an Electronic CEV-Stage V engine with auto-idle and shutdown fuel-saving capabilities, this vehicle offers class-leading fuel efficiency and profitability. It is a highly efficient compaction machine with best-in-class compaction forces, calibrated with appropriate amplitude and frequency settings for maximum compaction in the fewest passes.

The machine is fitted with a ROPS and FOPS-compliant canopy, a 6-way adjustable 90-degree rotating seat with armrests, and a high-visibility operator platform, among other critical features, for pleasant and safe operation. Loaded with features such as SiteWatch telematics, secondary brake, engine protection shutdown, and an audio-visual warning alert system, it outperforms its competitors in terms of safety. 

Skid Steer Loader – SR 175B:

The newly released SR 175B sports several innovative characteristics that have the potential to alter industry standards. The 2.2-litre diesel engine produces 44.7 kW/60hp at 2800 rpm and has a peak torque of 171 Nm at 1800 rpm. The powerful machine provides ideal pushing power, with the loader support located at the bottom of the chassis to enhance machine performance, particularly during loading operations. The flexible machine features a hydraulic system with quick cycle times and a Connect Under Pressure (CUP) system for wrench-free hydraulic tool connection.

A roomy cab design with suspension seats, a wide door, grab handles, and a lower barrier for quick entry improves operator comfort. The machine’s exceptional visibility, obtained through a wide glass area, ultra-narrow wire lateral protection, thinner front pillars with minimal noise, and comfortable accommodation, establishes a new market record in ROPS/FOPS cab.

Mini Excavator – CX35D:

The compact excavator is equipped with a 3.5-ton digger that can be customised with a cab or canopy and rubber or steel tracks for unrivalled adaptability and operational efficiency. With an outstanding digging depth of up to 3070mm, the CX35D with zero-tail swing is the clear choice for dynamic urban and infrastructure sites characterised by increased traffic or the coexistence of varied equipment types.

The integration of modern features such as electro-hydraulic controls, hydraulic flow settings, load-sensing electronic pumps, flow-sharing control valves, and up to three auxiliary circuits demonstrates our commitment to innovation for increased productivity. This technological sophistication gives the CX35D outstanding adaptability, as it can accommodate a wide range of fast couplers and accessories for a variety of applications.

Mini Excavator – CX15 

The CASE electric micro excavator, which is easy to transport and efficient for interior work due to its zero-emissions production and compact size, is one of the noteworthy technological achievements on display. The CX15 EV is a dynamic electric micro excavator with the same power and performance as diesel-powered equipment, as well as configurable operating modes and attachments. The compact machine includes standard auxiliary hydraulics as well as an optional second auxiliary circuit for maximum performance. 

Upgraded 770NXe:

The 770NXe Backhoe Loader, which debuted at EXCON last year, will now include a new cabin with ROPS/FOPS to ensure optimal safety standards. The trapezoidal form not only offers a contemporary look but also improves functionality. The ergonomic RPM control, door gas struts, and new CED paint coating all help to provide a user-friendly and long-lasting environment. The installation of an FM radio on the headliner adds to the mix of entertainment. New latches and locks improve security, while a surprising 20 percent increase in cabin storage increases convenience. A split assistant seat, improved knee clearances, a larger steering wheel, an upgraded backhoe lever, a comfortable loader lever, a parking brake, repositioned rear work lamps, and a horn-integrated backhoe lever will also be available in the new cabin. The equipment also includes SiteWatch Telematics for complete monitoring, which adds to its safety features.
