CREDAI-MCHI launches policy initiative- ‘Maximise, Modernise, Revolutionise MMR’

MMR to boost economic growth and development for the region and the country, CREDAIMCHI has launched a Vision Document – Maximise, Modernise, Revolutionise: MMR, as well as a part of its policy initiative, focused on the regeneration of MMR.
The Vision Document was unveiled during a blue-riband ceremony held at BKC, Mumbai, which was attended by Shri Bhushan Gagrani (IAS), Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, Shri SVR Shrinivas (IAS), Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA, Shri Ajoy Mehta (IAS RETD.), Chairman, MahaRERA, Arch. Hafeez Contractor, Mr.
Mukesh P. Mehta, Chairman, M M Project Consultants Pvt. Ltd & Shri Shrikant Joshi, CEO & MD, Larsen & Toubro Limited (Realty Division). The policy initiative aims to build Mumbai and MMR into a world-class sustainable region and modern cosmopolis by 2040 while emphasising climate change and carbon neutrality along the way,
with the joint efforts of the state government.
Commenting on the launch of the policy initiative, Mr. Boman Irani, President, CREDAI-MCHI, says, “MMR is one of the key growth drivers in the real estate industry with many buyers wanting to invest in the ‘City of Dreams. Being the Business, Entertainment & Financial Capital of India Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Hon. Secretary CREDAI-MCHI adds, “Mumbai has the potential to transform into a world-class city with a good quality of life and vibrant economy.
