Earth Infrastructures launches three new projects

Earth Infrastructures Limited, India’s Real Estate Companies and promoters of Green Building concept in Delhi / NCR, announced the launch of its three upcoming projects; Earth Tech One, Earth Studios at Greater Noida and Earth Copia at Gurgaon. The company is now concentrating on the real estate market that will cater to both residential and commercial use.
 
The first project expected to complete by 2013 would be for the commercial usage. The project is named Earth Tech One, which is an IT/ITES project for fully-furnished office spaces with an area ranging from 350, 450 and 750 sq. ft. Located in centre of Greater Noida’s Tech Zone, it is near to the Yamuna Expressway.
 
The second and the third projects Earth Studio and Earth Copia respectively concentrate on the residential living.
 
Earth Studio, will have around 400 fully furnished studio apartments in the Greater Noida’s Tech Zone. Consumers / investors can expect some benefits like higher rental return, high liquidity and holiday home option. The project is expected to be completed by June 2013. The company has invested Rs. 500 crore for its Earth Tech One project and Rs. 100 crore for the Earth Studio project.
 
Earth Copia, the third project wherein Earth Infrastructures Limited has invested Rs. 400 crore, will have 3 and 4 bedroom apartments ranging from 1900 to 2400  sq   ft. This property is located on the Dwarka Expressway and its connectivity with Gurgaon and Delhi makes it a prime location and an ideal address for the families.
 
According to Vikas Gupta, director at Earth Infrastructures, “Our projects are designed in a manner that will lend an international aura and will create a symbol of lifestyle statement.”
