Equinox launches 4th Office Tower [Apr 2012]

Equinox Realty has launched the fourth office tower in Equinox Business Park (formerly Peninsula Techno park), taking the already operational campus closer to full completion. The new tower, the final phase of development, approximately adds 4,80,000 sq. ft. of high grade office space to the Equinox Business Park campus. With the completion of the tower, the total leasable area is now full capacity of around 1.2 million sq. ft.
Speaking on the launch of the fourth tower, Cherag Ramakrishnan, CEO, Equinox Realty said, “It is a centre of bustling corporate activity today and is transforming the entire nature of the locality. It is one of the very few office complexes in the area offering a complete campus facility rather than a standalone office building”.
