Nestudio, a range of premium prefabricated living solutions, enables you to create a premium living or working space with welldesigned structures. Nest-In, through its expertise, recently constructed a cottage and terrace home for its customers residing in Delhi NCR using its Nestudio solution. A customized layout and design were created, along with the promise of quality materials. A premium wooden finish exterior and interior was provided to meet the requirements, ensuring that the structure has the elegance of wood while at the same time providing the strength and durability of steel.

Nest-In’s LGSF structures are designed using state-of-theart software and considering soil conditions, seismic loads, wind forces and other required parameters for designing. Recently, we constructed a hostel complex spanning 14,000 Sq. Ft. and medical college campus with G+3 buildings spanning 2.5 Lakh Sq. Ft. for clients using the LGSF solution, HabiNest. Nest-In constructed a 93-bedded Covid-19 Isolation Facility for Covid-19 patients amidst the pandemic across 24,000 Sq. Ft. at Bijapur. Due to the seriousness of the situation, the team worked throughout the day to set up the facility using the MobiNest, modular cabin solution within four months.

Since FY20, Nest-In has focused on building capabilities, from 12 Sq. Ft. modular sanitation solutions to over 2 Lakh Sq. Ft. construction using LGSF technology. Over the last two years, Nest-In has leveraged its experience in prefabricated construction to develop critical solutions to meet the needs of the future and develop into a full-fledged construction ecosystem.
