Designed on a slightly sloping lot, the 4051 square foot home was designed with the intention of blending in well with its natural surroundings. The children’s bedrooms are segregated and protected by the low brick walls, which also hide the garage from sight. As you approach the house, two towering, opulent light monitors honour the family and guest entries, respectively, exuding grandeur and cosiness.

The glass and wood sleeping wing is delicately tucked into the tree canopy that borders the creek below, allowing it to float gently over the gradually vanishing landscape. A second glass wing extends to the far side, providing amazing 180-degree views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Thoughtfully hidden downstairs are a covered family patio, screened porch, and family den that more than double the usable area of the compact one-story home above.
