Mahindra Lifespaces enters Nagpur [Apr 2012]

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the $ 14.4 billion Mahindra Group, forays into Nagpur with the launch of ‘Bloomdale’, planned as a gated community which aims to foster healthy, community living.

Bloomdale is being developed by Mahindra Bebanco Developers Ltd., a joint venture between Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., (70%) and B.E. Billimoria & Co. Ltd. (30%). B.E. Billimoria & Co. is well known as one of India's leading Civil Engineering Construction Contractors.
