NAREDCO launches 77 new projects at HOMETHON 2024

HOMETHON Property Expo 2024 showcases ₹10,000 crore worth of projects, attracting over 75,000 homebuyers across Maharashtra.

More than 77 new projects were launched at the third edition of HOMETHON Property Expo 2024, sponsored by NAREDCO Maharashtra, which began at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The exhibition showcases about ₹10,000 crore in newly launched goods in the MMR region. This huge event provides purchasers with an unprecedented opportunity to participate in Mumbai’s most vibrant real estate market. The expo will run till October 6, 2024, and has already seen a surge in attendance, with over 75,000 homebuyers registering for the three-day event to explore various choices for purchasing property in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and elsewhere in Maharashtra. Sharma also announces the launch of NAREDCO Maharashtra’s latest ambitious initiative, the ‘Redevelopment Council,’ in which a special window has been set up in the Expo to solicit enquiries from housing societies across the MMR and the rest of Maharashtra, facilitating complete advisory and execution of redevelopment proposals made by incumbent societies. Over 4000 housing societies have already registered to seek renovation plans.

HOMETHON Property Expo 2024 also featured a one-of-a-kind initiative in which NAREDCO MAHARASHTRA announces plans to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to promote eco-friendly and sustainable urban development and instill green building practices in the real estate industry. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman of NAREDCO, states that NAREDCO Maharashtra will shortly sign an MoU with the Maharashtra State Agriculture Price Commission, which is chaired by Shri Pasha Patel.
