Synergy bags two turnkey projects worth Rs.1239 Cr [Feb 2012]

Synergy Property Development Services, the global project management & consulting company, has bagged two prestigious residential projects from Embassy Group worth Rs.1239 crore on turnkey basis. Embassy Boulevard, a high-end premier villa project and Embassy Lake Terraces, a multi-storeyed premium residential project will come up in Bangalore. Under the contract, Synergy will manage the entire development of both the projects including design management and co-ordination, engineering, procurement management, construction management and will be responsible for time, cost, quality and environmental health and safety standards. Construction for Embassy Lake Terraces and Embassy Boulevard have commenced in Jan 2012, with completion targeted within 36 months & 30 months respectively. Synergy currently has an order book of close to Rs.2000 crore for turnkey projects.
