Synergy to Manage Huawei R&D Campus Project in Bangalore
The Bangalore based project management company, Synergy Property Development Services gets the contract to manage the project of Huawei’s new R&D facility to be constructed in Whitefield, Bangalore. The total cost of the project is estimated to be around Rs. 500 crores. The Huawei project comprises of a software development facility, a large cafeteria, multi-level car parking system and residential apartments. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months.
The Huawei campus development project will be on about 20 acres with a built-up area of about a million square feet. Huawei which is expanding aggressively in India will accommodate about 4,000 employees at the proposed campus.
Synergy, which has been appointed as the Project Management Consultancy by Huawei will work on design management and co-ordination, procurement management, construction management and will be responsible for time, cost, quality and environmental health and safety standards.
