CPP Investment Board Singaporean Holdings I (CPPIBSH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), has entered into a definitive agreement with Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
Cement major ACC Ltd. has appointed Harish Badami as CEO and Managing Director Designate with effect from 1st August. He will succeed Kuldip Kaura, whose term of office as CEO and MD of the company was extended until 31st December.
