BKT unveiled cutting-edge solutions at EXCON

The off-highway tyre major is working towards the monumental task of building our nation.

‘Bharat Ka Tire’ – BKT a vertical of Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT), the Indian multinational company, and a global player in the Off-Highway tire market, unveiled advanced All-Steel Radial tires at the EXCON – the mega South-Asian trade fair.

The Off-Highway tyre major displayed the EARTHMAX SR468 and EARTHMAX SR53, two of its best tyres for use on construction, industrial, and earthmoving machinery. In addition to the recently released rubber tracks for compact track loaders, Multiforce BK T91. The world-class, state-of-the-art masterpiece tyres “Bharat Ka Tyre Building Bharat” were on display at BKT’s EXCON exhibit. It was a great chance to network and engage with the business at the trade show.

The Giant The EARTHMAX SR 468, a sophisticated all-steel radial tyre specifically made for rigid haul trucks, was the event’s main attraction. It is ideal for harsh, rocky, and difficult mining situations because of its distinctive tread design and particular tread compounds. Effective heat dissipation is ensured by its tread lug blocks with circumferential grooves and interwoven blocks. EARTHMAX SR 468 is designed to withstand rock cuts and punctures, handle big loads, and have a longer service life thanks to BKT’s cutting-edge technology. The EARTHMAX SR 53, an all-steel radial tyre specifically made for ultra-large loaders operating in harsh circumstances, was another tyre from the EARTHMAX family on display. The cut-resistant compound that makes up the secret deep L-5 tread. Furthermore, the tyre is engineered to provide exceptional resistance to abrasion during loading operations. Exhibited at EXCON 2023 was the recently launched industrial rubber track series Multiforce BK T91, designed for compact track loaders (CTL) used in material handling applications. Multiforce BK T91’s tread is composed of a high-performance compound that offers optimal resistance against rips, tears, and abrasion, making it appropriate for a range of conditions both on and off the road, including sand, gravel, clay, and mud. Additionally, it offers the best buoyancy on an incline or hill. With its C-shaped tread pattern, the Multiforce BK T91 offers outstanding traction and handling on every surface. A dual-forged metal core is also included for strength and exceptional longevity. Furthermore, superior dimensional stability and outstanding performance under harsh circumstances are guaranteed by the endless belting design of high-tensile steel cords.
