Industrial Park: Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Ltd the Special Purpose Vehicle floated by Mahindra World City Developers Ltd and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan has plan to come up with an industrial park in North Chennai. The project has not taken off as the industrial layout received by the Directorate of Town and Country Planning is without a wetland NOC from the Collector at Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
