Pella Corp forays into Indian market
With the burgeoning demand of luxury homes in India coupled with the rising exposure and aspirations of Indian consumers, US based Pella Corporation, announced its foray into the Indian market. The company has collaborated with Abir Trademart Pvt. Ltd to build upon its foot-print in India and is currently looking at all the major metros across the country for the first phase of its expansion.
The company has chartered out a strategic roadmap to expand its operation in India. In terms of value proposition, the company has initially decided to target the premium segment and the top end of the mass segment. The company has created an aggressive marketing strategy to promote the brand in India and is also looking for dealers who are preferably architects/interior designers or have real estate experience.

Ltd), said, “We’re very happy that Pella, a company with a great reputation and decades of success in this industry, has chosen us to build upon its network in India. We have started our operation from New Delhi in India and soon plan to foray into other parts of the country, including Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata. In the phase II of our expansion, we plan to reach out to consumers in major tier II towns, which will include cities like Ludhiana, Lucknow, Jaipur, Srinagar to name a few”.
