Roof India 2013 brought global roofing industry under one roof
The 12th edition of Roof India 2013, Asia’s one of the largest expos on roofing and allied products, took place successfully from May 24th to May 26th, at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The event showcased more than 120 exhibitors and brands from India and abroad with direct participation from countries like Australia, Belgium, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, USA etc. The event had more than 4,100 visitors during the 3-day event.
Exhibitors at this renowned event showcased total solutions for roofing systems, architectural cladding, facade engineering, pre-engineered buildings, metal building systems, structural steel, light steel framing technology, roll forming machinery, tensile fabric architecture, roof waterproo?ng, roof insulation, roo?ng fasteners, factory, warehouse doors, software for structural steel, rooing, etc.
The highlight of the 2013 edition was the live demos and display of roof roll forming and other roof machinery for the 1st time by European manufacturers. The event has always been must visit event for architects, EPC contractors, roofing contractors,  structural engineers, civil engineers, real estate promoters and builders, factory/warehouse builders, waterproofing contractors and key personnel from defence and aerospace organisations, metro rail project and airport infrastructure authorities looking for total solutions in roofing and allied products.
Leading exhibitors from across the globe were Acecad India Software, Schlebach Maschinen  GmbH, SIEON China, GAF Inc.,  and Bradbury Group, to name a few.
Roof India is supported by international associations like the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA – USA), China National Building Waterproof Association (CNBWA – China), TENSINET (Belgium), and International Green Roof Association (IGRA – Germany).
The next edition – Roof India 2014 – will be held from May 16 -18th, 2014, at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai.
