Techzone is a layout concept that provides a unique clutter-free solution to design custom ceilings. It helps Architects to integrate and organize various services like AC diffusers and lighting in a 150 mm narrow service zone also called the ‘Technical Zone’.

Materials used and availability of raw materials
Standard and semi-standard ceiling elements (Mineral fibre ceiling tiles, Metal technical panels and grid system) are used. As standard ceiling elements are used the availability of raw material is not a problem.
 
Mineral Fibre: Mineral wool (made from recycled materials), Perlite (an ore obtained from volcanic eruptions), Starch, Paper (recycled newspaper)
                                                   
Soft Fibre (Optra): Glass wool (recycled glass and binders)
